Passoã is a key ingredient in a Pornstar Martini, the UK's favourite cocktail.

Ingredients:
40ml Passoã
40mk Vodka
10ml Vanilla Vodka
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
1 Passion Fruit
35ml Prosecco

Method:
1. In a shaker filled with ice add Passoã, vodka, vanilla syrup, lime juice and the pulp of half a passion fruit. Give it a good shake!
2. Strain and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the other half passion fruit. Serve with a shot of prosecco,

Passoã Mojito

Ingredients:
15ml Passoã
50ml Mount Gay Eclipse
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Soda Water
6 Mint Leaves

Method:
1. Muddle the lime juice, sugar syrup and mint leaves in a glass, crushing the mint as you go.
2. Add a handful of ice and pour over the rum and Passoã. Stir with a long-handled spoon.
3. Top up with soda water to taste and garnish with mint
