ABOUT THE DISH
Our signature beef ragù is simmered for hours with Chianti wine until deliciously tender. We recommend pairing beautiful strands of reginette, with this ragù is the pezzo forte (the pièce de résistance) of this special dish.

Storage instructions: Keep refrigerated below 5°C.
FREEZING: suitable for freezing on day of purchase, use within 1 month. Defrost overnight in fridge.

Add 2 tbsp of water used for cooking your pasta and heat sauce through until steaming. Stir through pasta.
