ABOUT THIS DISH
Bolognese, or ""Ragù alla Bolognese,"" originates from Bologna, Italy, where it has been a staple of local cuisine for centuries, back to the 18th century. Our sauce combines tender pork and beef, vegetables and a blend of aromatic herbs. All simmered with tomato, white wine and spices for a rich, savory flavor.

Storage instructions: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. FREEZING: suitable for freezing on day of purchase, use within 1 month. Defrost overnight in fridge.
