Lovely!
A lovely creamy and cheesey, decadently rich sauce. Goes so well with fresh egg pasta and a sprinkling of parsley! Delicious
Pasta perfection!
I think this sauce is a culinary masterpiece! The blend of cheese and black pepper creates a rich, creamy sauce, and it is super easy to prepare. Boil the pasta take some of the pasta water and add to the sauce, and you have a really nice simple pasta dish. Great to have as a either a quick lunch or dinner. Love this brand, and I will buy this again.
Authentic sauce
This was an excellent sauce. We were in Rome a few weeks ago which is where I first tried this sauce with ziti pasta. Whilst this product is almost as nice in taste as that experience there was a difference but nonetheless it was delightful and we both enjoyed it immensely.I found the taste of the sauce was a good strength of cheese and just enough pepper. Recommended.
Tasty ready made sauce
Love Cacio e Pepe and this didnt disappoint as a ready made sauce. Nice consistency, flavour and amount of pepper in the sauce although slightly lacking in cheesy punch. Overall a well ready made sauce that is easy to use and I would buy again.
good - tastes authentic
Similar to a carbonara but cheesier and a lot more black pepper. You have to like black pepper for this - as its the dominating flavour.
