ABOUT THE DISH
Pistachios are also known as ‘green gold’ in their native Sicily, from where this sauce get's it's inspiration from. The delicate nut renowned in the gastronomic world for its rich, nutty flavour and green hue. We hope you’ll agree - this innovative vegan pesto, inspired by Sicily, but given a modern plant-based twist with chilli's and lemon - has the most beautiful colour. Pair with our fresh rigatoni pasta for a deliciously authentic dish.
