Italy’s Alps and Apennine mountains are flourishing grounds for its citizens’ favourite mushrooms. It’s these wonderful mushrooms that, together with ricotta cheese and several herbs come together to create the sauce. Pair with our fresh rigatoni pasta for a deliciously authentic dish.
