ABOUT THE DISH
Originating from the Liguria region in northwestern Italy, focaccia has become a culinary icon representing the Mediterranean's rich gastronomic heritage. Our fluffy focaccia is full of salty character, studded as it is with pretty, jade-coloured olives that provide an umami dimension. We recommend pairing our focaccia slice with our fresh pasta recipe kits to be spirited away to the Italian Riviera.

STORAGE: Like all fresh products, our artisan pasta has a limited shelf life. Keep chilled & consumed by the date indicated.

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Remove the film from the product and bake in the oven for 5 minutes, until heated through.
