2 Heat on high for 90 seconds
3 Carefully remove and let stand for 1 minute before serving
Hob 5 mins
1 Empty contents into a saucepan
2 Gently heat on medium for 3-5 mins - do not boil
3 Stir and serve

In a bowl and enjoy on its own or alongside a naan bread for a quick dinner or easy lunch.
