Simply fry onion, ginger and garlic. Sizzle the spice paste to release flavours and brown your meat or vegetables. Add in chopped tomatoes and simmer until all cooked through. Ripple through double cream and garnish with fresh coriander to serve.

Cooking guidelines
Easy to prepare:
1. In a medium size pan, gently fry onions until golden.
2. Stir in Patak's Tikka Masala Paste, add chicken and fry until sealed.
3. Add tomatoes & water, mix well and cover pan, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Stir in cream or yogurt and garnish with chopped corainder leaf (optional).
Equally delicious with beef, lamb or prawns

- 2cm Piece of ginger
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 400g Chopped tomatoes
- 150ml Double cream
- Fresh coriander
Tasty chicken tikka masala for 4
1 Fry diced onion in 2 tbsp of oil until soft. Add the finely chopped ginger and garlic with 1/2 a jar of spice paste and sizzle to release flavours. Cook for 2 mins, add 50ml water and cook until evaporated.
2 Add diced chicken and sear, then loosen with the tomatoes. Simmer uncovered for 15 mins until the chicken is cooked through. Ripple through the cream and 1 tsp sugar. Garnish with fresh coriander to serve.
Try with 1/2 a butternut squash and add a handful of peppers to the simmering sauce.
