1 Chop
Wash and cut your new potatoes in half.
2 Mix
Add your potatoes, a full sachet of seasoning mix and 3 tbsp of oil into a bowl and mix well, ensuring the potatoes are evenly coated.
3 Oven
Place the coated potatoes onto an oven tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are fully cooked.
4 Serve
Alongside Patak's tikka wraps or Patak's tandoori chicken for a delicious family meal.
