- 500g chicken breasts
- 200g chopped tomatoes
- 150ml single cream
- 50g butter
A little oil separation is natural. Our aromatic spices are captured in oil for a deep, rich and authentic flavour.
Tasty Butter Chicken for 4
1 Heat oil in a pan and add half a jar of patak's butter chicken paste, cook for 1-2 mins. Add 100ml of water and cook on medium heat until evaporated.
2 Add diced chicken and cook on high heat until seared.
3 Add chopped tomatoes, simmer uncovered until the chicken is cooked, before adding cream and butter & boiling for 1-2 mins. Enjoy!
Try frying a chopped onion until soft before adding curry paste!
