Microwave - From Ambient. 900w / 90 secs
1 Remove outer sleeve and metal ring
2 Tear open both pouches by 5cm
3 Place both pouches upright and heat on high for 90 seconds
4 Stand for 1 minute before serving. Pour rice into a bowl, followed by curry and Enjoy!
