Shopping List (serves 4)
3 baking potatoes
1 Chop
Wash and cut your potatoes into wedges.
2 Mix
Add your potato wedges, half a sachet of seasoning mix and 2 tbsp of oil into a bowl and mix well, ensuring the potatoes are evenly coated.
3 Oven
Place the coated wedges onto an oven tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at 190℃ for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are fully cooked.
4 Serve
