Chicken, 1 tbsp of oil and the spice rub in a bowl and mix well making sure that the chicken is evenly coated.
2 Oven
Place the coated chicken on an oven tray. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 190 ℃ for 20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
3 Serve
Enjoy hot with salad and chips or Patak's masala wedges.
