Product Information
Paxton & Whitfield's Celtic Capra goats' milk cheese is handmade using milk from goats which graze on the rich pastures of County Tipperary.
The cheese has a mellow, herby flavour and an edible rind. Delicious served on a cheeseboard, or used as a cooking cheese - grilled on a slice of Sourdough toast or starring on a goats' cheese salad.
Paxton & Whitfield is the UK's oldest cheesemonger and celebrated its 225th birthday in 2022. The company has held the Royal Warrant of Appointment to every reigning monarch since Queen Victoria in 1850 and prides itself on sustainable sourcing and maturation of the finest cheeses from the UK and across the continent.
