This delicate goats milk cheese boasts a wrinkled, ivory rind and smooth, fudgey paste. The rich and creamy flavour is balanced by bright citrus notes, a delicate nuttiness and a gentle earthiness. The company has held the Royal Warrant of Appointment to every reigning monarch since Queen Victoria in 1850, currently holding a Royal Warrant for King Charles II.
