Product information
Lusco: setting sun, twilight.
Made from carefully selected Albariño grapes and hand harvested. Fermented with native yeasts and left to age on the fine lees for five months. The resulting wine is bright, full and rounded on the palate.
González Byass
Nothing beats a good sunset. Particularly one enjoyed overlooking the wild Atlantic coastline of northern Spain, with a cool glass of crisp refreshing albariño in hand. We love our sunsets so much we named this wine ‘Lusco' - the Galician word for sunset - in homage to those fleeting moments that catch our breath, when the light dances on the horizon and the sun sinks below the waves.
Made from Albariño grapes, hand-picked with love and fermented with care. No animal products used, so suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Super fresh and round on the palate
I received the 2021 vintage on my latest order, which is a delight! So fresh and zippy, yet with lovely rounded stone fruit character. Slipping down an absolute treat.

strangely sweet
Albarino is one of my favourite whites, but this was weirdly sweet. I gave up on it (not like me) as it was pretty unpleasant.

Inconsistent
First bottle bought was lovely, so ordered again - undrinkable.

Outstanding
Albariños can be delightful, and this one is a great example. Ocado have been a bit dodgy with wine recently but this is fantastic.

Fresh, light, delicious
Loved this wine, perfect with a smoked salmon starter. Fresh, zingy, something a little bit different from the same boring old Sauvignon.

Not worthy of any stars
I've had wines before that were not to my taste. I can't imaging this is to anyone's taste. It was simply AWFUL.
