Product Information
Since 1811, Maison Perrier-jouët has maintained a floral and intricate style that reveals the subtlety of its hallmark grape variety: the Chardonnay. To this delicacy Perrier-jouët Blason rosé adds the Pinot noir's structure and the Pinot Meunier's fruit character, yielding a generous wine enhanced by red-berry notes. A cuvée for gourmets, to be enjoyed throughout the meal.

Storage
Sparkling wines and Champagne should always be stored in a cool and dry place away from light and heat sources. The ideal temperature for storage is 13-15 degrees C.
Warning: Sparkling wines contain high natural pressure. Do not allow bottles to get warm. Chill bottle before opening and avoid shaking. Point bottle away from others and yourself when removing wire, hood and cork. Hold the cork firmly and twist out slowly by hand. Never in any circumstances use a corkscrew to open.
Preparation and Usage
The Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé cuvée is at once sensual and voluptuous, fresh and intense. Its manifold subtleties will best reveal themselves with the generous flavours of a lightly cooked salmon, or be brought out by an accompaniment that combines the aromas of red fruits and the freshness of baby carrots, tomatoes or sorrel sauce.
Desserts with red fruits are a perfect match. Blackberries, blueberries and raspberries on a cloud of white chocolate cream, adorning an exquisite tartlet, will heighten the seductive and fruity aromas of this voluptuous and sensual cuvée.

Vinification details
The choice of Crus is carefully adjusted according to the harvest. Built on the model of the Grand Brut non-vintage, which is driven by the intensity of the Chardonnays in the blend, Blason Rosé is enriched by the addition of red wines. The elegance and finesse of the Chardonnays (25%), blend with the structure of the Pinot Noirs (50% including the added red wines) and the fruitiness of Pinot Meunier (25%) - a grape with which Perrier-Jouët has acquired specific expertise. The cuvée ages for a minimum of three years in the cellars.
