We combine Swedish tradition with British craft and natural ingredients to create our hand-baked sourdough crispbread. Each batch starts with our signature sourdough starter, fermented for 16 hours.
Baked to Imperfection
We roll the dough until it is delicate and thin, then dust with rye flour and gently bake for a dappled, crisp and slightly wobbly crispbread. Savour the crunch with your favourite topping.

Dusty and bland
Very disappointed. These are very crispy so a satisfying texture but bland tasting and seem to produce a lot of dust - if you snap in half (perhaps to dip) its almost a cloud of dust that spreads beyond a plate - that has put me off trying other options that might have more flavour.
Good with cheese. Even my grumpy neighbour liked them.
Crisp and delicious
Always crisp and delicious, fabulous product.
I think that these are the best on the market. They have a good taste and are properly crisp. Quite expensive but worth it.
Delicious, but contain milk.
These are delicious, my family love them and I buy them a lot. Unfortunately for me they contain milk. I didn't realise, and I ate a pack which left me with stomach issues the following day. If you ok with milk and honey then these are highly recommended, they are really good.
