Product information

We roll the dough until it is delicate and thin, then dust with rye flour and gently bake for a dappled, crisp and slightly wobbly flatbread. Savour the crunch with your favourite dips.

We combine Swedish tradition with British craft and natural ingredients to create our hand-baked sourdough flatbreads. Each batch starts with our signature sourdough starter, fermented for 16 hours.

Something Has Changed

This was a staple in our house, we'd buy 7-8 packets per week. But now there isn't any sea salt on the crackers. OH is sad - he loved these. Won't be buying any more.

Pricey salty cardboard

I thought I was treating myself by ordering these whilst they were on offer. I love sourdough, flatbread and salty flavours so I thought I couldnt go wrong. I have no doubt that theyre well made from good ingredients, however Im afraid the final product is reminiscent of salty cardboard. Ill use up the packs I ordered with heavy doses of hummus to try to mask the flavour but I cannot recommend and wont buy again.

Nice and crunchy

Love the taste and the crunch on these. They are low in sat fat and low in sugar, perfect and very moreish

Not nice

I was expecting these to be lovely and salty, they're not! They're not a patch on the seeded ones that are salty and delicious. Luckily I only bought one box to try.

Do not buy if you can't eat dairy

I don't eat products with dairy due to an intolerance but if the package says made in the same factory or may contain they're usually fine for me. I had a look at the ingredients online and it seemed like I would be fine to eat them but it's actually listed on the box that they do contain dairy I just missed it as it wasn't in bold as it usually is in the ingredients. But my boyfriend tried them he said they were nice very moreish so I would recommend if you eat dairy.
