Flat tweezers seem to cut rather than pull

First set I had the flat tweezers were brilliant at pulling hairs, but in this second set they seem to cut the hair before I get chance to pull. Have tried different angles, but still struggle to pull most of the time.

Lovely set

Perfectly sharp & make eyebrow shaping a breeze. I prefer this mini size to the full size Tweezermans as I find them easier to control.
