Preparation and Usage
Use up to 3 regular servings of Diet Whey daily to help support adequate protein intake.
Directions of Use
25g serving: Add 1 scoop of powder (25g) to 175ml of ice cold water and shake or blend for 10 seconds.
50g serving: Add 2 scoops of powder (50g) to 350ml of ice cold water and shake or blend for 10 seconds.
Taste Tip: Mix with yoghurt to make a delicious dessert or combine with oats for a nutritious breakfast.

flapjacks
Taste & texture is akin to a strawberry flapjack, if there ever was such a thing. So not what I expected, hence the 3 stars, but nice if you like flapjacks. Blends very easily with water in a shaker. Not glutinous or over sweet either, which is rare and always a bonus.

The flavor is a nice break from the sea of chocolate and vanilla whey proteins. I actually really like it although I can see why others might not. Mixability is a 7/10: I've seen better but it mixes well enough that there's nothing to complain about. It can be mixed completely with a spoon in a pinch but it takes a minute. A hand milk frother gets it done in a few seconds. Has some small flakes which I assume are the flaxseed, reminds me a bit of fiber supplements. This is a bonus for me, could be offputting if you're picky about texture. Protein to carb ratio seems pretty good. Overall this is, at the moment, my #2 favourite protein powder

I love this brand but this flavour is grim will stick to vanilla I think.
