Make me into an Instant Mousse
See below for how to mix Smart Protein Plant™ into a thick, great tasting high protein, low sugar mousse.
1 Add 1 serving (25g scoop) into your favourite bowl, mug or cup.
2 Pour 100ml of almond milk into the bowl, mug or cup.
3 Stir the mix together for 30 seconds to create an instant mousse.

Shake Me

Chocolate Cherry Brownies
Makes 12 brownies

You will need...
75g (3 scoops) Choc Cookies Smart Protein Plant™
400ml almond milk
60g Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp coconut flour
4 tbsp coconut sugar
50g dark chocolate
100g frozen cherries
100ml coconut oil

Instructions
1 Mix all ingredients apart from cherries and chocolate, until smooth.
2 Stir in cherries and chocolate, then pour the batter into the lined tin 9 x 9".
3 Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
4 Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
