Great low cal snack
I use it as a dip with Proper Chips Salt & Vinegar, in a bagel or use it for a creamy mushroom and chicken pasta

Nice to have a lightest option that isn't plain. Bit pricy but great when on offer.

Not as nice as full fat but better
Of course it isn't as creamy as full fat but it does the job as a dip or cooking ingredient. Plenty of herbs.
