Picard - 12 Crispy Veggie Party Food

These crispy triangles and small rolls are incredibly delicious. When you bite into their pastry sheet, the pre-dinner snack takes on flavours of ricotta, almond and mint, and mozzarella, confit tomato and basil. Take your taste buds on a delicious journey!

• 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment
• Keep frozen below - 18°C until the date indicated on the packaging
Do not refreeze after defrosting

Oven : Preheat oven to 180°C (thermostat setting 6). Arrange the 12 crunches well separated, still quick-frozen, on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for the indicated time:
- Conventional oven: 11 min
- Fan oven: 10 min.
Leave to rest for a few minutes before serving.
