Picard-2 Onion, Black Olives, Anchovies Tarts

One of the classics of family cooking, for one or two people! Rediscover these two tarts with caramelised onions, black olives and anchovies on an all-butter shortcrust pastry made with French wheat flour!

Made in France from onions of Spanish and French origin, wheat flour of French origin, butter of EU origin, black olives of Spanish origin, anchovies caught in the Central-East Atlantic and/or Bay of Biscay.

Keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on the packaging.
Do not refreeze after defrosting

Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C (thermostat setting 6). Remove the pissaladières from their packaging and place them on the middle shelf on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Reheat for the indicated amount of time:
Traditional oven: 18 min - Fan oven: 15 min

Pre-fried onion 57.2% (onion 55,1%, virgin olive oil, salt), WHEAT flour (GLUTEN) 18.6%, butter (MILK) 8.4%, water, whole black olive with stone 3.2 % (black olive 2.1% water, salt), fried onion 3% [dehydrated onion 2.7%, vegetable oil (contains sunflower and/or rapeseed)], extra-virgin olive oil, salted anchovy fillets in sunflower oil 2.1% [anchovies* 1.7% (FISH), sunflower oil, salt], salt, aromatic herbs 0.2% (basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme), pepper.
