These 4 scallop shells (scallops) in a Breton-style sauce are prepared with a rich and creamy sauce, sliced onions, shallots, and a hint of Muscadet wine, all topped with a golden layer of breadcrumbs to be gratinated. An authentic starter that is as comforting as it is indulgent.

Made in France with MSC scallops of Argentinian origin (Zygochlamys patagonica) and/or from the Faroe Islands (Chlamys opercularis).

• 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment
• Keep frozen below - 18°C until the date indicated on the packaging
Do not refreeze after defrosting

This product must be thoroughly cooked before consumption. Do not use any preparation methods other than those indicated.


• Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat setting 7):
Place the products on a rack lined with baking paper, supporting them with crumpled pieces of aluminium foil. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
