Picard ASC Breaded Salmon Pieces

This breaded version is a fresh new take on salmon: strips of salmon in a golden crumb, flavoured with lemon and parsley for a hint of freshness. The breaded salmon comes out beautifully golden brown after just a few minutes in the oven. Savour the tender salmon as you bite into the crisp outer crumb.

Made in the Netherlands with ASC-certified Atlantic salmon from Norway

• 24 hours in the fridge, removed from its packaging and in a suitable dish
• 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment
• Keep frozen below - 18°C until the date indicated on the packaging
Do not refreeze after defrosting

COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING: To preserve the characteristics of this product we recommend cooking it in the oven.
• Oven: Heat the oven to 180°C (thermostat setting 6). Cook the breaded salmon on the middle shelf, on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Conventional oven: 17 to 20 min
- Fan oven: 16 to 18 min.


• Frying pan: Place the breaded salmon in a hot frying pan with a little fat. Cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 min, turning occasionally. Before serving, place the product on absorbent kitchen roll to remove any excess fat.

Boned* ASC certified Atlantic salmon (FISH) 70% (Salmo salar farmed in Norway), WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), rapeseed oil, WHEAT starch (GLUTEN), concentrated lemon juice 1%, salt, yeast, lemon zest 0.1%, parsley 0.1%.
*In spite of the care taken when preparing our bone-free fish, traces of fishbone may be found.
