Our black cherries are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure the best flavour and quality. They are carefully sorted, washed, and then quickly frozen shortly after harvest. Easy to use, they are perfect for fruit salads or for preparing a wide variety of desserts.

Preparation and Usage
Microwave oven on the defrost setting at 150 watts: Add the desired amount to a suitable dish and defrost for the indicated amount of time, stirring half way through.
- For 225 g: 9 minutes - For 450 g: 15 minutes
Leave to rest for 10 minutes in the fridge.
Fridge: Add the desired amount to a suitable dish and leave to defrost for 6 hours.
To be consumed immediately.
