Picard Christmas Salmon en Croute Frozen

This 6-serving salmon en croûte features a tender salmon fillet (Salmo salar) resting on a bed of cabbage cooked with onions and white wine, topped with whole-leaf spinach and wrapped in a delicate all-butter puff pastry. A highly refined dish that perfectly combines balanced flavours with true culinary indulgence.

Made in France from salmon farmed in Chile and/or Norway and butter of EU and non-EU origin.

• Keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on the packaging
Do not refreeze after defrosting

• Oven : Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat setting 6). Place the salmon en croûte on a baking tray lined with baking paper and position it on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for the indicated time. If the desired colour is achieved, the puff pastry may be covered with aluminium foil 10 to 15 minutes before the end of cooking.

- Conventional oven: 1 hour 5 minutes
