Preparation and Usage
| Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C (thermostat setting 6). Spread the noisette potatoes out in a single layer in a dish. Place in the oven on the middle shelf and cook, stirring half way through: - Traditional oven: 25 min - Fan oven: 20 min Picard recommends this preparation method. Frying pan: Place the noisette potatoes in a little hot oil in a single layer. Cook for 6 minutes on medium heat then 6 minutes on Iow heat, turning them regulady. Place the noisette potatoes on absorbant kitchen roll to remove any excess fat. |

| For the best quality, follow the instructions for preparation. Let the product cook until light gold in colour. To prepare a portion that is smaller than the one indicated on the packaging, reduce the cooking time to prevent the product from browning too much. |
