Picard Diced Potatoes

A little treat that makes a change from traditional chips. These diced fried potatoes form little piles of happiness on the plates of young and old alike. Made from Bintje potatoes, they are pre-fried and, after a few minutes of cooking, each bite is soft in the middle and crispy on the outside. Crunchy!

Made in Belgium with potatoes grown in Belgium and/or France and/or the Netherlands

• 24 hours in the fridge in a suitable dish
• 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment
• Keep frozen below - 18°C until the date indicated on the packaging
Do not refreeze after defrosting

• Oven (180°C): Baste the skin with a little oil, place the fillets in a suitable dish, season. Cook on the middle shelf for 17-21 min.
• Steamed: 10 to 12 min, in a steamer, covered, over simmering water.
• Bain-marie: Drop the sachets into boiling court-bouillon, return to a simmer and cook for 8 to 12 minutes. Drain.
• Microwave (900W): 4 to 5 min for 2 pieces out of their sachet, covered, in a suitable dish.
• In the fridge: 4h.
