Decent ingredients, very moreish! Perfect for a light supper or for a sharing snack. Great item to have in the freezer if someone pops in...doesn't take long to bake. Definitely will buy again.
Authentic French Treat
Just like those served in France. Served with salad for lunch & of course, a glass of French wine. Delicious.
Expecting great things, on the plus side I noticed that the pastry was crisp and flaky near the edge. It's quite light. However the centre never got crispy. We didn't finish it all and the leftover bit was quite good cold. Sadly we thought it too greasy. My husband said he has "a high tolerance for salt" but thought it too salty as did I.
It states a 'Light Topping' in the description and that's true it's very light on the amount of it's ingredients compared to the other Picard Tartes.
OMG....simple yet utterly delicious!!!!!
Having tried out out other fabulous Picard products decided to give this tart a try given the great reviews and was not disappointed....crispy crunchy ra ra ra !!!!! A joy to eat with salad and a jacket potato along with a dry chilled white wine.... thanks Ocado for supplying Picard products to us !!!!!
Swimming in fat.
Had a hair on base therefore would never buy again.
