Picard - Girasoli Ravioli With Burrata And Basil

Delight in these vibrant green girasoli filled with a rich, creamy blend of ricotta, burrata, and fresh basil. Pre-cooked for convenience, they bring authentic Italian flavour and colour to your plate in just minutes. Perfect for a quick yet elegant lunch or dinner.

Made in Italy from ricotta and burrata of Italian origin, and durum wheat semolina of Italian origin (EU and non-EU wheat).

• Keep frozen below - 18°C until the date indicated on the packaging
Do not refreeze after defrosting

Pour the still frozen girasoli into a saucepan filled with boiling salted water. Once the water has come back to the boil, cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the girasoli. Season to taste. For best results, always use one litre of boiling water per 100 g of product.
