Preparation and Usage
This product must be cooked before consumption:
• Frying pan: In a hot frying pan in a little fat, cook the aubergines for 4 minutes on medium heat. Stir halfway through.
• Microwave oven: spread the roasted aubergines in a suitable dish. Cook for the indicated time, stirring halfway through :
Microwave power level:
-For 100g: 750W - 2min / 900W - 1 min 30.
-For 300g: 750W - 5 min 30 / 900W - 4 min 30.
