After being harvested in sun-drenched regions, these courgettes were cut into pieces and roasted. Their warm and sunny flavours are perfect as a base for delicious tarts, salads, pan-fries and stews.

Preparation and Usage
This product must be cooked before consumption.
• Frying pan : In a hot frying pan in a little fat, cook the courgettes for 4 minutes on medium heat. Stir often.
• Microwave oven: Spread the roast courgettes out in a suitable dish. Cook for the indicated time, turning halfway through.
- 750W for 225g 5 mins / for 450g 7 mins
- 900W for 225g 4 mins,for 450g 6 mins.
