Picard-Leek Fondue

This leek fondue, prepared with only sliced leeks and a little butter, couldn't be lighter! So you can combine it with all sorts of meat and fish or include it as part of a vegetarian diet. A staple!

Made in France from leeks of EU origin (Belgium and/or France and/or the Netherlands), butter of EU origin.

• 24 hours in the fridge, in a suitable dish
• Keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on the packaging
Do not refreeze after defrosting

• Cooking pot : Pour the desired amount of leek fondue in a cooking pot with the corresponding amount of water. Cook on low heat, stirring regularly.
For 225 g: 8 min + 1 tablespoon of water.
For 450 g: 10 min + 2 tablespoons of water.
• Microwave oven : Pour the desired amount of leek fondue in a suitable dish. Cook for the indicated time, stirring half way through.
Microwave power level:
For 225 g: 5 min (750 watts) 4 min (900 watts)
For 450 g: 9 min (750 watts) 7 min (900 watts)

Leek 76%, water, butter (milk) 5%, liquid crème fraîche (milk), potato starch, salt, pepper.

Suitable for vegetarians (lacto-ovo vegetarian diet).
