Preparation and Usage
• Oven: Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Place the mini gougeres in a single layer on a sheet of baking paper in an oven tray. Heat on a middle oven shelf for the time indicated:
-Conventional oven: 8 min
- Fan oven: 5 min
