Preparation and Usage
■ Steamer: Place the steamer over simmering water, cover and cook for 12 minutes. ■ Pressure cooker: Pour two glasses of water into the pressure cooker, place the florets in the basket on high. Once the valve is turning, cook for 5 minutes. ■ Cooking pot: Immerse the florets in boiling water. Bring back to the boil and cook for 6 minutes. ■ Microwave oven (900W): Place the florets into a suitable dish with 1 tablespoon of water per 300 g. Cover and cook for 8 min.
