Preparation and Usage
• Microwave Oven: Add the desired amount of fruit to a suitable dish and defrost for the indicated time, stirringhalf way through.
- For 150 g: 6 mins
- For 300 g: 10 mins
- For 600 g: 18 mins
Leave to rest for 15 mins in the fridge then serve immediately.
• Fridge: Add the fruit salad to a suitable dish and defrost for 8 hours in the fridge before serving immediately.
