Preparation and Usage
Preparation without defrosting: for the preparation of cakes, purées or jams...
Preparations after defrosting: for the preparation of fruit salads or to eat directly.
• Refrigerator: spread the berry cocktail on a plate in a single layer and defrost for 5 hours before immediately consuming.
• Microwave oven: Place the red berry cocktail in a suitable dish and defrost on the defrost setting. Stir half way through. Leave to rest for 15 minutes in the fridge before immediately consuming. - For 225 g: 10 minutes - For 450 g: 16 minutes.
