Very small portion, flavour nothing special

Once cooked this was barely enough for 2. The taste was acceptable, nothing special. The main advantages over a standard box of button mushrooms is the fact that you get a variety of mushrooms and that it is in the freezer. With a little butter and dried oregano you can make something far more voluminous and just as tasty for a third the price

Absolutely delicious, if cooked correctly

Its worth getting the moisture that comes out quite early on into the sink, and then give him a decent price of the start to caramelise or crisp.

Beautiful

I used these in a mushroom risotto and they were lovely, lots of little chanterelles and no rubbery texture. Very expensive for a small pack though so they lose a star.

I could only eat the button mushrooms, as the rest was like rubber and I spat each mouthful out! Cooked as per instructions, and was very hopeful to enjoy, but sadly NO.

Excellent product

I had high expectations about this product and it did not disappoint. The mushrooms taste very fresh and have a very nice taste. It was excellent with an omelette!
