Picard Organic Petit Pois

These organic sweet peas, uncalibrated in size, are made from fresh pea grains that are carefully sorted and washed before being blanched and frozen.


These peas bring more than just flavour to all your side dishes — plenty of goodness in just a few spoonfuls!

• 24 hours in the fridge in a suitable dish
• 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment
• Keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on the packaging.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.

This product must be cooked before consumption.


• Microwave Oven : Cook with a little water, covered, for the indicated time.


For 300 g: With 1/4 glass of water
- 750 W: 6 min
- 900 W: 5 min


For 600 g: With 1/2 glass of water
- 750 W: 12 min
- 900 W: 10 min


• In a saucepan: Cook for 7 minutes once the water starts simmering again.


• In a pressure cooker: Cook for 5 minutes once the valve starts rotating.


• In a casserole dish / cooking pot: Sauté with a little fat for 3 minutes. Add water halfway up and bring to the boil. Cover and cook for 7 minutes until the water has almost completely evaporated.
