Preparation and Usage
Microwave oven (defrost setting - 150W): Place the onions in a suitable dish. Heat on the defrost setting for the indicated time, stirring halfway through.
Fridge: Spread the onions in a single layer in a suitable dish and leave to defrost for 4 hours in the frigde.
In frying pan: Place them in a hot frying pan with a little fat, and cook for 4 to 7 minutes on a medium heat, stirring regularly.
