Preparation and Usage
• Pan: Place the vegetables in a pot of boiling water. Let cook for 4 minutes when the water comes back to a simmer. Drain.
• Frying pan: Pour the julienne into a hot pan with a little fat. Fry over medium heat for 6 minutes.
• Microwave: Pour the julienne into a suitable dish. Cover and cook in the cooking position for the time indicated. Stir halfway through. Microwave power output:
For 225g : 8min at 750W / 7min at 900W.
For 450g : 12min at 750W / 10min at 900W.
• Steam: Place the julienne in a steamer basket. Place over simmering water and cook covered for 7 minutes.
