Picard Paella Alla Valenciana

This traditional paella recipe, with easily divided portions, is made of saffron rice, chicken, pieces of Alaska pollock, shelled prawns, squid, rounds of chorizo and a mix of vegetables (garden peas, tomato, onion, red pepper), all cooked in olive oil. Here Spain offers its most convivial of dishes!

Frying pan: Place the desired amount into a suitable dish. Cover and re-heat on full power for the time indicated, stirring half way through. Stir well before serving.
