Preparation and Usage
Cooking :
• Oven : your oven must be preheated to 210°C. Remove the pasteis de nata from their plastic packaging and place them in their aluminium tubs on a baking tray covered in baking paper. Place the pasteis de nata in the oven on the middle shelf and cook for the indicated time: 20 minutes. Leave to rest for 15 minutes before consuming.

Water, WHEAT flour (GLUTEN) 23%, sugar, butter (MILK) 8.2%, EGG yolk from free-range hens 5.2% (liquid, pasteurised), glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder 2.6%, entire EGG from free-range hens 1.7% (liquid, pasteurised), corn starch, salt, lemon.
