Product Information
Cultivated in Italy, these small white onions prepared from the finest fresh bulbs are carefully peeled before being blanched and frozen. Practical and easy to use, they are used as well cooked in dishes simmered or raw in salad.

Storage
• 24 hours in the fridge in a suitable dish
• Keep frozen below - 18°C until the date indicated on the packaging

Preparation and Usage
• Saucepan : Spread out the onions in a saucepan. Add water so they are just covered. Add a little butter (about 10 g for 225 g of onions), salt and pepper. Cook on high heat for 12 to 14 minutes, until the water has completely evaporated, stirring regularly. To glaze, add a teaspoon of sugar for every 225 g of onions at the beginning of cooking.
• Microwave oven : Place the onions in a suitable dish with ½ a glass of water. Cover and cook on the cook setting for the time indicated: Microwave power level: 900 W For 100 g: 4 mins For 225 g: 7 mins
• Pressure cooker : Pour two glasses of water into the pressure cooker, place the onions in the paper in the high position. Close and cook for 5 minutes once the valve is turning.
Pressure cooker: Pour 2 glasses of water into the pressure cooker. Place the onions on the high setting and close. Once the valve is turning, cook for 5 minutes.
