Preparation and Usage
COOKING AFTER DEFROSTING
This product must be cooked before consumption.
Do not use any preparation methods other than those indicated.
DEFROSTING
• In the refrigerator :
Leave the product to thaw in its plastic film for 4 to 5 hours. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes at room temperature (20°C) before cooking.
COOKING
• Preheat the oven to 200°C (Gas Mark 6–7) :
For blind baking, remove the plastic film, then line the base with baking paper and cover it with dried pulses (e.g. beans or lentils). Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
