Picard Quartered Figs 600g

Grown under the Turkish sun, these fresh fig wedges are hand-picked at peak ripeness to ensure exceptional flavour and quality. After harvesting, they are carefully sorted, washed and cut before being quick-frozen to preserve their natural taste and texture. Perfect for creating delicious pies, compotes and jams with a touch of sunshine.

Made in Belgium with figs grown in Turkey.

• 24 hours in the refrigerator in a suitable dish.
• 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment.
• Keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on the packaging.
Do not refreeze after defrosting

Without defrosting: For making pies, cakes, compotes or jams.
After defrosting: For preparing fruit salads or for direct consumption.


• Fridge : Place the fig wedges on a plate and leave to defrost for 3 hours.


• Microwave Oven (defrost setting – 150 W) : Place the fig wedges in a suitable dish and defrost on the defrost setting, stirring halfway through.
- 300 g: 8 minutes
- 600 g: 12 minutes
Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
